Cisco Systems’ Lawrenceville campus donated more than 6,000 cans of food to local co-ops this week as part of its annual participation in the Global Hunger Relief Campaign. With a hint of creativity, 60 volunteers constructed a living room of sorts at the Lawrenceville campus, creating a love seat, coffee table and nine-foot TV out of cans of food and other food items. Food raised was donated to the Lawrenceville, Duluth and Norcross Cooperative Ministries on Monday. Cisco employees in Georgia have contributed more than $47,000 to local charities.
