LOGANVILLE — An early morning fire Sunday displaced a Loganville family of three in the 2300 block of Bentley Trail, officials said.
Fire crews responded to a homeowner’s call for help at the two-story home about 5:20 a.m. and found a large addition on the back of the home ablaze, said Fire Department spokesman Lt. Eric Eberly. No injuries were reported. Eberly said the family declined American Red Cross assistance. The blaze caused heavy damage to the unit where it had originated, with minor smoke and water damage to the main unit, he said. The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.More like this story
