Mary Hindy
Mary V. Hindy, age 86, of Dacula, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Born in Ravenswood, WV, she moved to Central Florida in 1977. She was an avid golfer and member of the Dubsdread Golf Association. In 2000 she moved to Dacula, GA where she resided with her daughter and family. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church. Mary was a supportive, generous and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed greatly by those who loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Kalad Hindy, and grandson, Sam K. Hindy. She is survived by three children, Stephen Hindy, Brooklyn, NY, Janie Kendrick, Dacula, GA and George Hindy, Grand Prairie, TX, five grandchildren, Lily, Sean, Benjamin, Sara, Shelby and one great grandchild, Haylie Kendrick. A memorial service will be announced at a later date and Mary will be laid to rest beside her husband at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA.
