SNELLVILLE — The Health to You program at Emory Eastside Medical Center will host a community health screening on the morning of Sept. 15.
Adults age 18 and older are invited to participate in the following offered screenings between 8 and 10 a.m.: cholesterol ($5), blood sugar ($3.80, must be eight hours fasting) and lipid profile ($17.90).
