Police looking for mother, daughter

STONE MOUNTAIN -- Gwinnett County police issued a Mattie's Call on Saturday for a mentally disabled 24-year-old woman and her 3-year-old daughter, who were last seen Friday.

The woman, Regina Dionne Pollard, and her daughter were last seen late Friday morning at 3120 Buckboard Trail in Stone Mountain, according to a news release. Pollard may be in the company of a man.

Mattie's Call is an emergency missing alert for disabled or elderly people.

Police investigators had not determined that Pollard or her daughter were in any danger, but they wanted to make contact with her to verify her safety and well-being, the news release states.

Pollard is a black woman who is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. She has short hair but may possibly be wearing a wig. She has a tattoo on her shoulder that reads "Taylor," the news release states.

Her daughter is a black girl with curly hair. She weighs 38 pounds.
