Heather Newkirk and Lewis Shipley
Craig and Tina Newkirk of Grayson announce the engagement of their daughter Heather Anne Newkirk of Tuscaloosa, Ala., to Lewis Brandon Shipley of Tuscaloosa, son of Lewis and Donna Shipley of Greensboro, Ala.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Grayson High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Alabama, where she received a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in advertising and public relations. She is employed with Hardin & Hughes as a legal assistant. The future groom is a 2004 graduate of Greensboro High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is employed with Jamison, Money & Farmer as an accountant. The wedding is planned for Saturday at the Southern House & Garden in Knoxville, Ala.More like this story
