DACULA -- A Dacula High School student is facing child molestation charges after a custodian reportedly found him and an underage student in a bathroom stall at the school.
According to the report, a janitor found two students in a bathroom stall between 4 and 5 p.m. last Tuesday and reported it to administrators.
After they were ordered to put their clothes on, Gwinnett County School Police officials said 19-year-old student Benjamin Elliott and a 14-year-old female student came out of the bathroom.
Elliott faces child molestation charges for the incident. Both Elliott and the female student were suspended from the school pending a disciplinary panel.
