BUFORD -- Sexual activity reportedly continues in the men's restroom of a Buford Kmart despite a recent police sting.
On Tuesday, Gwinnett police arrested two men at the 1605 Buford Highway retailer after a loss prevention manager reported seeing them having sex in a men's restroom, according to a police report.
The manager told police he grew suspicious when, upon entering the restroom, he heard moaning. He later witnessed the sex act from beneath the stall, the police report says.
Police identified the suspects as Robert Evola, 59, and Jose D. Zelidon, 58, both of Lawrenceville.
Both men denied knowing each other and told responding police the manager's claims were unfounded.
After reportedly finding latex gloves, condoms and lotion in Zelidon's pocket, police transported both men to the Gwinnett County Jail. They were ticketed on charges of disorderly conduct-sex in a public place and released on $125 bond.
Last month, police arrested three Gwinnett men in an undercover sting for allegedly soliciting sex in a bathroom at the same retailer. Investigators had received an anonymous complaint of "lewd acts" occurring there, police said.
A Kmart representative referred all questions regarding the alleged busts to Gwinnett police.
