HOSCHTON -- Merri Benham will celebrate the grand opening of her yoga studio, Flip Your Dog Yoga in Hoschton, on Saturday.
Guests are invited to enjoy a free class. The class schedule includes power flow yoga, hot yoga and Viniyasa, and the first class will begin at 8 a.m.
Registration is required to ensure class availability.
Benham's studio, which is located at 60 Jefferson St. in Hoschton, is named for a combination of yoga poses moving the body from down dog to a back bend.
"It truly represents my style of teaching," Benham said. "Physically challenging classes, no chanting or contracts required. I play upbeat music that most people know and like moving to. My favorite yogis taught me early on that yoga is about enjoying life."
