Gwinnett Daily Post
DULUTH -- Gwinnett Place Mall has announced it will add two new retailers to its offerings this spring.
In addition to the much anticipated Mega Mart, scheduled to open this summer, Wild Cherry, which sells accessories -- handbags, jewelry and watches -- for women, teens and girls, and El Vallarta, a food retailer serving Mexican cuisine, will join the stores and food establishments located inside the Duluth mall.
El Vallarta will be located in the food court, while Wild Cherry will open on the lower level of the mall adjacent to Lady Foot Locker.
"We are ecstatic about the exciting new stores coming to Gwinnett Place," said Shelley Korenbrot, director of mall marketing and business development. "We have been anxiously awaiting the grand opening of Mega Mart since the plan was first announced and are thrilled to see additional mall growth with the opening of Wild Cherry and El Vallarta. The new stores provide a variety of offerings with something sure to accommodate the needs of all of our shoppers."
Construction on the Korea-based Mega Mart has already begun and the Gwinnett Place location will represent the company's first American endeavor. Mega Mart is set to open late this summer.
