Kristin Diane Ryer and Brandon Corey Watkins were married June 27 at the Warren and Virginia Owen Pavilion at Clemson University. The Rev. Kenny Owen officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of G. Michael Ryer and Ms. Janice Cagle Ryer of Lilburn. She is a 2001 graduate of Parkview High School and a 2006 graduate of Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C., where she received a degree in special education. She is employed with Crestview Elementary in Greer, S.C., as a special education teacher.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Ralph Watkins of Fair Play, S.C. He is a 2001 graduate of West Oak High School in Westminster, S.C., and a 2006 graduate of Lander University in Greenwood, S.C., where he received a degree in physical education. He is pursuing a master's degree in school administration at Anderson University in Anderson, S.C. He is employed with Lakeside Middle School in Anderson as a physical education teacher.

Amy Elizabeth Ryer of Atlanta, sister of the bride, served as the maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Hannah Margaret Smith of Lilburn, Megan Franklin Whitley of Lilburn and Amanda Emily Carvajal of Merced, Calif.

Christopher Ralph Watkins of Fair Play, S.C., father of the groom, served as the best man.

Groomsmen were Kyle Patrick Watkins of Fairplay, S.C., Caleb Jacob Owen of Fairplay, S.C., Gene William Fare of Mt. Vernon, Mo., and Jake Austin Hover of Issaquah, Wash.

After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple resides in Anderson, S.C.
