Dan and Beverly Hansen of Lawrenceville announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Hansen of Greer, S.C., to Nolan Peevy of Greer, S.C., son of Ken and Angie Peevy of Dacula.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rodney and Donna Hansen of White Plains, Rachel Scott of Lawrenceville and the late Donald Scott. She is a 2002 graduate of Dacula High School and a 2006 graduate of North Georgia College and State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in biology. She is a 2009 graduate of North Georgia College and State University in consortium with the Medical College of Georgia, where she received a Doctorate of physical therapy. She is employed as a pediatric physical therapist in Greenville, S.C. The future groom is the grandson of Larry and Nell Nash of Dacula and the late Clarence and Annie John Peevy. He is a 2002 graduate of Dacula High School and a 2006 graduate of Clemson University, where he received a degree in chemical engineering. He is employed with Milliken and Company in Inman, S.C., as a process improvement engineer. The wedding is planned for Nov. 7 at Christ the Lord Lutheran Church in Duluth.More like this story
