Request for Qualifications for Design Build Services for the Martin Farm Toilet, Community Garden Barn and Playtown Pavilion
The City of Suwanee is soliciting Qualifications from qualified and experienced design-build contractors to provide design and construction services for the Martin Farm Toilet, Community Garden Barn and Playtown Pavilion located in Suwanee, Ga.
Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be due no later than 10:00 AM on Monday, October 19, 2009.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on October 8, 2009 at the Suwanee City Hall.

This will be for design/ build services for a toilet facility for the Suwanee Greenway located on Martin Farm Road, a Barn for the Community Garden project located on Buford Highway and a Pavilion located at Playtown Suwanee on Main Street in the City of Suwanee.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and skill required to design and construct a toilet facility, a barn and a pavilion. The work includes but is not limited to design services, permitting, mobilization/demobilization, site preparation, excavation, traffic control, construction and clean up.
All services provided shall be in accordance to Federal, State, County and City Ordinances.
Firms shall have proven familiarity and experience with the design and construction of similar type projects as well as demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State, County and City ordinances.

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified bidders for the Sale of Surplus Property at Cross Road; Woodmere Court; Riverside Road; Kirkstone Drive; Centerville Rosebud Road; and the SE Intersection of Braselton Highway at Mineral Springs Road for the Department of Support Services.
Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the BL# and Company/Vendor Name.
