Winston T. and Wanda M. Smith of Loganville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married June 6, 1959, in Minden, La. Winston is retired from the U.S. Forestry Service and Wanda is retired from Gwinnett County transportation. The Smiths have four children, Winston, Wendell, Wayne and Wendi, and 10 grandchildren. The couple celebrated their anniversary with a surprise party thrown by immediate and extended family in their hometown of Minden, La.
