After a long and valiant struggle with cancer, Nancy Jo Dibble passed away on October 23, 2009 at age 56; she is survived by her husband, Lyn, daughters Amanda and Stacy, mother Barbara, siblings Michael and Tricia, as well as numerous other family members, and preceded in death by her father, Joseph. Nancy had a passion for life that was unsurpassed and cherished by all who knew her. She was an inspiration as a wife, mother, sister, daughter aunt and friend. She dedicated all of her energy and spirit to a variety of causes, the greatest of which was the devotion she had for her family. She will be most-remembered for her bravery, strength, courage and determination to overcome whatever odds she faced. While the final years of her life were focused on finding a cure for breast cancer, she never lost focus on what was most important to her in life, her family. Even in her physical absence, we are all blessed to know that we have such an incredible angel watching over us all. She will be incredibly missed by all who knew and loved her, all of whom had their lives enriched by her zest for life, infectious laughter and unconditional love. We are forever grateful for her, and she will never be forgotten. Donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church at 11:00AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, October 26, 2009 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM.
