Chocolate Perks hosts fundraiser
DULUTH - Chocolate Perks Bistro in historic downtown Duluth is hosting a Cruise In on Saturday to benefit two charities.
The car show is scheduled from 3 to 7 p.m. at Chocolate Perks, 3160 Main St., Duluth. The street will be closed to public traffic for the event. Cars should roll in at 2 p.m.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit American Heart Association in memory of Jeff Wooten and Children's Organ Transplant Association for Lance Witt, 6, of Winder, who received his new heart on June 29.
The Chocolate Perks Cruise In will provide fun for the whole family, featuring live music and eye-catching cars. Awards for the top five People's Choice vehicles will be given out at 7 p.m.
The public can donate by making checks payable to COTA, putting "cotaforlancew," in the memo line. Checks can also be made out to the American Heart Association; the memo line should read "in memory of Jeff Wooten."
