Melissa Ann IntVeldt and Kendall Starr Dutton were married May 2 at the Buford Presbyterian Church in Sugar Hill. Rix Threadgill officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of AnnMarie and Henry Rodriguez of Duluth and Bob and Jane IntVeldt of Kennesaw. She is an honor graduate of Chattahoochee High School in Alpharetta and a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor's degree in marketing and international business. She is a merit graduate of The Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies in the United Kingdom, where she received a master's degree in hospitality and tourism management. She is employed by the University of Georgia's Hotel and Conference Center as a senior sales professional.

The groom is the son of Pamm Dutton of Hartwell. He is an honor graduate of Hart County High School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia, where he received a bachelor's degree in management. He is employed by Bowen and Watson in Toccoa as a project manager.

Sara Fauk served as the bride's maid of honor and Lisa Snider of Cincinnati sister of the bride, served as matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Jessica LeClaire of Holly Springs, sister of the bride, and Julia Hammond of Moscow.

Dr. Ian King of South Carolina served as the best man. Groomsmen were Kevin Watson of Toccoa, Dewey Seymour of Canton and Billy Dutton of Hartwell, brother of the groom.

After a honeymoon at Couples Negril in Jamaica, the couple resides in Lake Hartwell.
