In reference to the article "Residents mad over mosque," (Oct. 13, Page 1A), you simply cannot preach and teach the concept of freedom of religion in schools and churches when religions other than your own are being denied the right to worship as they please.
The comment about self-flagellation is naive. Self-flagellation has been practiced by Christians since the beginning of the religion and it is practiced today in Christianity as well as many other religions.More like this story
