Vice Admiral John and Peggy Lockard of Arlington, Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelley Noreen Lockard, to Thomas Edward Chambers III of Atlanta, son of Tom and Janice Chambers of Buford.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Damascus High School and a 2006 graduate of St. Louis University. She is employed with Piedmont Hospital as a cardiac nurse. The future groom is a graduate of Collins Hill High School and a 2004 graduate of Berry College. He is employed with First Pro Inc. as a senior recruiter. The wedding is planned for Nov. 14 at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center in Atlanta.More like this story
