LAWRENCEVILLE -- A teen was arrested Saturday, accused of being a part of the double stabbing that happened at Gwinnett Place Mall on Black Friday.
Gwinnett County Police officials, who do not release the names of juveniles, said the suspect was arrested at about 3 p.m. Saturday at his place of work on Singleton Road in Norcross. He is being held at the Gwinnett Youth Detention Center, and officers are continuing to look for three other suspects believes to be involved.
The stabbing occurred at about 11:10 a.m. in the Duluth mall's food court. Two Hispanic males were taken to hospitals with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The suspects fled the scene before police arrived, a press release said.
Police said the crime appears to be gang-related.
