Meghan Elizabeth Wright and Aubrey Seth Kidd were married Oct. 17 in Dahlonega. Pastor Danny Hodges, uncle of the groom, officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Geary and Cathi Wright of Dacula. She is a 2003 graduate of Dacula High School. She is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor's degree in public relations and Spanish. She is employed with Porter Novelli as a public relations specialist.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kidd of Peachtree City. He is a 2002 graduate of Starr's Mill High School. He is a 2005 graduate of Gainesville State College, where he received a bachelor's degree in applied science and a 2006 graduate of Beaver County Community College, where he received a degree in en route traffic control. He is employed with the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller.
Megan Mitchler of Dacula served as the bride's maid of honor.
Summer Bell of Suwanee served as the bride's matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Kathryn Wright of Dacula, Erica Wright of Dacula, Kimberly Brownhill of Athens and Carly Sheppard of Norcross.
Gavin Kidd of Peachtree City served as the groom's best man.
Groomsmen were Joshua Harris of Peachtree City, Thomas Hoyt Davis III of Hapeville, Matthew Melton of Woodstock, Jason Sutton of Washington, D.C., and Nathan Friday of Athens.
After a honeymoon in La Playa Mujere, Mexico, the couple resides in Atlanta.
