“BUG” Mr. Lyman “Bug” Dollar, age 74, of Buford, GA passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2009. He is survived by: wife of fifty-three years, Mrs. Katherine Thrasher Dollar, Buford, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Keith Jones, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Kip Jones, Buford, GA and Kory Jones, Buford, GA; sister, Dorothy Dollar Jones, Buford, GA; special brother, Billy “Barlow” Bennett, Buford, GA; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Pat Thrasher, Buford, GA and Tillman Thrasher, Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Dollar was born August 26, 1935 and was a native of Buford, GA. He was retired from the City of Buford Water Department after thirty years of service and he also worked for Bona Allen Company for twenty years. Mr. Dollar was of the Baptist Faith. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Fowler and Rev. Joel Shadburn officiating. Interment will follow in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Arrangements by: Junior E.
