Small fire hits business
NORCROSS -- Firefighters responded to a predawn fire Tuesday at a Norcross landscaping business in the 600 block of Langford Drive.
The fire, reported by a passerby at 5:47 a.m., was contained to a pallet of fertilizer and some landscaping equipment inside Arbornomics, officials said. It was controlled 27 minutes later.
The blaze occurred in a garage-like structure next to the business' main building, said Fire Department spokesman Capt. Thomas Rutledge.
No injuries were reported.
The exact cause of the fire is under investigation, Rutledge said.
