Thomas “Tom” Peters, age 80 of Dacula, formerly of Monroe, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2009. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, November 15, 2009 in the Monroe Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew Mitchell & David Loudner officiating. Burial Rest Haven Cemetery, Monroe. A member of Dacula United Methodist Church, and retired from Life of Virginia with 25 years of service, Mr. Peters was a member of the Lions Club and was with the National Guard with 9 years of service.
