This package would be great for any movie, but "Up," which has all but won next year's Best Animated Picture Oscar, makes this an impossible-to-refuse offer. The extras eclipse the running time of the near-perfect film itself, which actually works better in 2-D than the theatrical 3-D. If every studio followed Pixar's lead, the movie industry as a whole would never lose a single dime on anything it ever released.
