The Mall of Georgia will kick off its annual summer concert series Saturday, followed by Movies Under the Stars.

The band Ally X will open the series at 6:30 p.m. A showing of the movie "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" will follow the concert.

The Buford mall will host concerts and movies every Saturday through Aug. 15.

Lawrenceville will kick off its Moonlight and Music Concert Series today on the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse lawn, 185 Crogan St., Lawrenceville, featuring Squat Jazz Band at 8 p.m.
