Mr. and Mrs. Diggle of Lawrenceville and Mr. and Mrs. Fendley of Snellville announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Victoria Fendley of Greenville, S.C., to James "Jay" Manuel Bagwell of Greenville, S.C., son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald E. Bagwell of Greenville, S.C.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mark E. Kenady of Roswell and the late Doris W. Kenady and Frances A. Fendley of Marietta and the late Walter Cleve Fendley and the late Robert and Louise Diggle and the late Fred and Dot King. She is a 2001 graduate of Berkmar High School and is pursuing a degree in nursing. She is employed with Internal Medicine Associates in Greenville, S.C.
The future groom is the grandson of James and Eileen O'Grady of Greenville, S.C., and Elizabeth Bagwell of Greenville, S.C., and the late James Manuel Bagwell. He is a 2001 graduate of Greenville High School and is employed as a lineman for Pike Electric in Greenville, S.C.
The wedding is planned for July 18 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Taylors, S.C.
