Fannie Moon Lawrence, age 101, passed away Monday, April 27, 2009 at her daughter's residence in Lawrenceville, Ga. She was predeceased by her husband, Rev. C.L. “Teen” Lawrence, (former pastor of Mt. Bethel First Church of God, Toccoa, Ga) and by her first-born son: Raymond Leroy Lawrence, two daughters: Anna Juanita Lawrence Edwards & Rebecca Lawrence Reece, 5 grandchildren, one great-grandchild & 1 Step-Grandchild. She is survived by, Sons & Daughters-in-Law; Leon & Diane Lawrence, Tallassee, Al., Willard & Phyllis Lawrence, Monticello, Ga., Terry & Shirley Lawrence, Woodstock, Ga., Daughters & Sons-in-Law; Brenda & Jay King, Lawrenceville, Ga., Barbara Franklin, Easley, S.C., Glenna Medley, Woodstock, Ga., Phyllis & Russell Love, Cornelia, Ga., Rachel Ridder, Canyon Lake, Tx., Waldene & Hardy DeLay, Suwanee, Ga., 19 Grandchildren, 28, great-grandchildren, 23 Great-great-grandchildren, 3 Step-Grandchildren, 7 Step-Great-grandchildren and 4 Step-great-great-grandchildren. Our Family would like to thank Juilet & Beatrice of Embracing Hospice for the wonderful care they gave our Mother. A Service Celebrating the Life of Fannie Lawrence will be held Sunday, May 3rd 2009, from 3:00PM-5:30PM at Tom Wages Funeral Home, 120 Scenic Hwy., Lawrenceville, Ga. She will be taken to Smiths Grove, Ky., for burial near her home.
