Peter Whyte and Margaret Mackenzie Whyte of Duluth celebrated their 50th wedding annniversary on Feb. 21. The couple was married in 1959 in Dundee, Scotland. Mr. Whyte is self-employed in the field of textile sales. Mrs. Whyte has worked as a homemaker. The couple has 3 children: Stephen Whyte, Robyn Martinez and Dana Trinkle. They also have seven grandchildren: Chelsea, Ellie, Madison, Grant, Bryce, MacGregor and Luke. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with their family and friends at Northwood Country Club in Lawrenceville.
