A full bar and several flat screen TVs contribute to the sports bar atmosphere, while contemporary furnishings create a more upscale look for the dining area. "Sushi and sports, some people say, 'What's that?'" Paek laughed.
Seaya hosts Texas Hold 'Em poker tournaments every Wednesday.

The restaurant's full menu offers appetizers, tempura (battered and deep-fried seafood and vegetables) and spicy, cooked and vegetable sushi rolls, as well as hibachi-style dinners from the kitchen. A children's menu offers chicken fingers and fries, egg fried rice, sushi boxes and more.
Seaya also takes requests.
"Whatever the customer wants, I can make," Paek said.
