Jennifer Corey Flowers and Jordan Michael Stancel were married April 4 at the R- Ranch in Dahlonega. Pastor Larry Wynn officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Bob and Cindy Flowers of Buford. She is a 2005 graduate of Mill Creek High School and a 2009 graduate of North Georgia State University. She plans to teach elementary school this fall.
The groom is the son of Jerry and Laura Stancel of Dacula. He is a 2003 graduate of Dacula High School. He is employed by Gwinnett County Fire Services as a firefighter/EMT and a member of the Swift Water rescue team.
Sara Harris, sister of the bride, served as the bride's matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Sarah Chapman, sister of the groom, Brittany Durkee, Katie Flowers, Nicole Griffin, Erinn Mintz, Jessica Mobley, Nikki Oliver and Melinda Pierce. Julia Banks served as the ring bearer and Alan and Kamryn Oliver were flower girls.
Miles Burton served as the groom's best man.
Groomsmen were Josh Bangs, Matt Colburn, Mitchell Edwards, Kenny Griffin, Jonathan King, Derek Rooks, Brad Shealey and Brian Wages. Michael and Matthew Thiman, cousins of the bride, served as ushers.
After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple resides in Auburn.
