Melissa Ann Chitwood and Michael Edmund Duchaine were married April 11 at River Mist Lodge in Sautee Nacoochee. The Rev. Lester Haynes officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Chitwood of Cornelia. She is a graduate of Habersham-Central High School and North Georgia Technical College. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Duchaine of Lawrenceville. He is a graduate of Mill Creek High School and North Georgia Technical College. Courtney Demore of Cornelia served as the bride's maid of honor. Mark Vandett of Dacula served as the groom's best man. After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Clarksville.More like this story
