Man sentenced for stalking Tyra Banks
NEW YORK - A Georgia man convicted of stalking Tyra Banks has been sentenced to a year's probation and ordered to complete a treatment program for stalkers.
Brady Green of Dublin must also stay away from the supermodel-turned-TV host for the next two years under an order of protection.
Manhattan Criminal Court Judge James Burke warned the 39-year-old Green that he would face 90 days in jail if he disobeys any of the orders.
Green was convicted in April of stalking Banks coast to coast - calling her offices, showing up at her TV studios and sending her flowers.
Jolie, Pitt give UN agency $1 million
GENEVA - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated $1 million to the U.N. refugee agency providing aid to hundreds of thousands uprooted by violence in Pakistan.
The U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees said it is grateful for the donation from the Jolie-Pitt Foundation. It said Thursday the money will go to alleviating suffering caused by the ""most challenging humanitarian crisis of the past decade.'
UNHCR said over 2 million Pakistanis have been driven from their homes this year by fighting between government troops and Taliban militants.

MARTINS FERRY, Ohio - A law enforcement official said two Ohio police chiefs are being investigated on allegations that they burglarized the home of a woman serving as a surrogate mother for Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.
The official said Thursday that the chiefs are accused of trying to sell photos and other information to a tabloid.
