Mrs. Addie R. Kellam, age 66, of Buford, GA passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Mrs. Kellam was preceded in death by her father, Hurl Randolph, and mother, Maggie Walker; sister, Judy Walker; brothers, Allen Randolph, Willie Randolph, and Charlie Walker. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Leroy Kellam, Sr, Buford, GA; Son and Daughter-in-Law:, Leroy, Jr and Julie Kellam, Lawrenceville, GA; Grand-children, Genorie Sadler, Erika and Maurice Walker, Kyle Kellam and Justin Holland; Great Grandchildren Exavier Walker and Emareon Walker; Sisters and Brothers-in-Law, Magnolia and Rev. Eddie. Bailey, Buford, GA, Mary and Charlie, Jr. Williams, and Henritta Brown, Buford, GA; Special Nieces, Tammy (Peaches) Walker, Buford, GA, and Rhonda Harris, Buford, GA. A host of cousins, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Kellam was born on September 16, 1942 in Jackson County, GA. She was a member of Allen Temple Methodist Church in Buford. Mrs. Kellam worked for many years as a house cleaning supervisor for Buford Manor Nursing Home, the Buford Middle School Cafeteria, and was a caretaker for many people at Brookside Assisted Living in Buford. Mrs. Kellam was the founder of the Allen Temple Methodist Church Building Fund. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Theresa Dove-Waters officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Buford. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that Donations be made to the Allen Temple Methodist Church Building Fund, c/o Peoples Bank and Trust, 1809 Red Cruse Court, Buford, and GA 30518.
