Ernest C. “Ernie” Arrington age 78 of Snellville, passed away Friday, July 10, 2009. Funeral Services will be Monday, July 13, 2009 at 10:00 AM in the Snellville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Odum officiating. Burial at Gwinnett Memorial Park. Mr. Arrington was a member of White Oak Baptist Church, a member of Silver Stars Square Dance and former President of Metro Atlanta Square Dancing Association. He is preceded in death by Mother: Bessie P. Arrington & Father: Arthur Day Arrington; Brothers: Bill Arrington, Robert Arrington & Duncan Arrington and an infant sister. Mr. Arrington is survived by his wife Angie Arrington; Children: Cindy & George Shaw, Sandy & Allen Moore, Brenda & Richard Ashmore, Mike Mullin, Dale Lowery; Brothers: Lawrence Arrington, Sammy Arrington; Grandchildren: Brett & Daniel Moore, Lauren Lowery, Mandy Shaw, Michaelyn Davis & Don Mullin; Great Grandchildren: Reid Davis & Abigail Greene. The family will receive friends Sunday July 12, 2009 4-7 PM at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 2246 Wisteria Drive, Snellville, GA. 30078, 770-979-5010.
