Mr. and Mrs. William Kidd of Duluth announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Amelia Kidd of Savannah, to James Douglas Kellogg Jr. of Savannah, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Douglas Kellogg Sr. of Woodstock.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Carol Sue Ravenel of Roswell, John Yandell of Young Harris, R. Hopkins Kidd of Lithonia and the late Betty Kitts Lewis. She is a 2003 graduate of Duluth High School and received a degree from Georgia College and State University. She is employed by Curtis & Kidd, P.A. The future groom is the grandson of Nancy and William Johnson of Rome, Ruth Kellogg of Atlanta and the late Douglas S. Kellogg. He is a 2003 graduate of Etowah High School and received a degree from Georgia College and State University. He is employed by Wachovia Securities.
