LAWRENCEVILLE - Police are looking for a man they said molested a young girl at least twice in a 7-month period.
Arrest warrants were handed down Thursday for Keith Lamar Fowler, 37, charging him with enticing a child and two counts of child molestation in connection with the alleged incidents.
According to warrants, the first incident happened in February 2008. Police said Fowler touched the victim's breast after taking her to his daughter's bedroom "for the purpose of child molestation or indecent acts."
In September, police said Fowler molested the same victim by rubbing her upper thigh.
The incidents allegedly took place in Loganville, though warrants said Fowler has lived in Ellenwood for about a year.
Records show Fowler has multiple prior convictions including carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a pistol without a permit and felony theft by taking and receiving.
Authorities are asking anyone with information as to Fowler's whereabouts to call Gwinnett police at 770-513-5300.
