Gwinnett Daily Post
LAWRENCEVILLE - A man wanted by Gwinnett authorities on incest charges has been arrested in Florida and is awaiting extradition.
Jorge Aureilelio Cordova, 33, of Davenport, Fla., was picked up by the Polk County Sheriff's Department Saturday as an out-of-state fugitive.
According to arrest warrants, Cordova will be charged in Georgia with three counts of incest that allegedly occurred at a Norcross residence and hotel. Authorities said Cordova had sexual relations with a person he knew was related to him by blood or marriage.
According to Florida jail records, the person was at least 17 years old.
It is unclear whether that person will also face charges.
According to an order for bond, bond will be denied for Cordova, whom authorities consider a flight risk.
