ZONING CASES - ON THE AGENDA: Here's a look at the actions taken on rezonings and other requests made of the Gwinnett County Planning Commission at its meeting Tuesday.

1. Tabled until Feb. 17: Applicant requests a rezoning from a multi-family residential district (RM-6) to a general-business district (C-2) to allow for a 51,800-square-foot commercial retail facility on 9.54 acres that would constitute an expansion of the Webb Gin Crossings retail development. The property is located at the 1100 block of Scenic Highway. The planning department has recommended approval with conditions. 2.
