First-year wrestling program Archer won the Junior Varsity Gwinnett County tournament on Saturday with 208 points, beating Parkview's score of 204.
Archer is the first team other than Parkview or Collins Hill to win the JV county tournament in the last 10 years.
The Tigers placed nine in the top four, led by county champion Romeo Palmer. Tommy Do, Taylor Brittain, Varsay Sesay and Ernest Alexander took second. Hunter McCleskey was third and Zach Wright, Joe Durnell and Robby Kwarteng were fourth.
The Tigers are 15-0 in dual meets this season and have won all four tournaments they have entered.
