Ebola patients released from Atlanta hospital August 21, 2014

Sammy Dean Adams, 59, of Lawrenceville, Georgia passed away Sunday, December 13, 2009. Sammy was born April 17, 1950 in Fulton County. He was always there to help family and friends with anything they needed and could always make you laugh. He was a loving husband, dad and papaw. He was a member of Norcross Baptist Church. He was the former owner of Auto Collision Center, Lilburn, Georgia, before his retirement. Sammy was preceded in death by his father, James Marshall Adams; mother, Lottie Coble Adams; brothers, William (Bud) Adams, Leonard Adams and J.C. Adams. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Rhonda Roberson Adams; daughter, Amber Adams Brown, Lawrenceville, GA; son, Chad Dean Adams, Lawrenceville, GA; grandson, Cody Brown, and granddaughter, Savana Bryant, Lawrenceville, GA.; sisters, Jenny Shellnutt, Ohatchee, AL, Betty Ann Henderson, Lawrenceville, GA; brother, Billy (Glenda) Adams, Doraville, GA; sister-in-law, Susan (Eddie) Silvey, Rainbow City, AL. He is survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 16, at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel with Dr. Lamar Holley officiating. Burial will be at Gwinnett Memorial Park immediately following the service. Pallbearers will be nephews and special friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 15, from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA (770-277-4550).
