DACULA - An apparent domestic situation Friday evening has left one man dead, police said.
According to police, a man and his son-in-law were riding around looking for work when they pulled into an undeveloped subdivision near the corner of Jones Phillips and Indian Shoals roads. "The two had gotten into a verbal argument and a gun was produced," said Gwinnett police spokesman Cpl. David Schiralli. "Both struggled over the gun and it went off, striking the father-in-law and killing him." Neither man had been identified at press time. Schiralli said the exact circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear and under investigation.More like this story
