Police arrest Lawrenceville man second time on indecency charge

LAWRENCEVILLE - A Lawrenceville man recently arrested for public indecency was already out on bond for the same charge in a separate incident, police said.

Lawrenceville police arrested 32-year-old Quentin Felando Hosch on Friday afternoon at the Wal-Mart on Collins Hill Road. According to reports, a store security guard watched Hosch follow three women around the store, exposing himself and masturbating.

Hosch was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail where records show he was released Saturday after posting a $5,700 bond.

This run-in with authorities is Hosch's second this year; he was arrested on April 25 by Gwinnett police responding to a Pleasant Hill Road thrift store after a female patron reportedly caught him masturbating inside.

According to the woman, she was walking toward the rear of the store when she rounded a corner and saw another woman reading a book and Hosch, nearby, masturbating while standing between two mattresses.

The woman told police she and Hosch made eye contact and that he "quickly gathered himself." Hosch reportedly left before police arrived, but the witness was able to describe Hosch and the car he made off in, including the complete license plate number.

Hosch was apprehended a short time later on Pleasant Hill Road, police said, after they discovered the Toyota Camry he was driving had a suspended registration.

Officers charged Hosch with public indecency and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after discovering two 9mm handguns in the glove box.

He posted $14,150 bond the next day.

Records show Hosch pleaded guilty to statutory rape in 2000 and has also served time in prison for cocaine possession.

An attempt Tuesday to reach Hosch on his cell phone was unsuccessful.
