Peachtree Ridge Dugout Club will host its fourth annual golf tournament and silent auction benefiting the Peachtree Ridge baseball program today at Traditions at Braselton, 350 Traditions Way in Jefferson. The shotgun start is set for 2 p.m. All golfers are welcome. Individuals pay $125 to play, which will include golf and a dinner following the event. A silent auction will include sports memorabilia, golf packages and weekend getaways. All proceeds will assist the Peachtree Ridge baseball program. The Southeastern Railway Museum will host Trains, Trucks & Tractors 2009 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 2. The event will feature train rides, a kids' craft corner, visiting trucks and tractors, food and drinks and exhibitors.
