Mr. Leonard “Tom” Wilson age 76 of Whiteoak Lane Lilburn, GA & Ellijay died Thursday April 9, 2009. Mr. Wilson was born on July 18, 1932 in Waukee, Iowa. He is the son of the late Leonard T. Wilson, Sr. & Wilda J. Campbell Wilson. He was a locksmith having worked for Keystone Lock Service in Lilburn for many years, a member and deacon of the Grace Baptist Church in Ellijay and a US Air Force Veteran. Survivors include: Wife: May Ann Wilson of the home; Sons: Kerry Wilson, Gadsden, AL, Kevin Wilson, Lilburn, GA, Brian Wilson, Canton, GA; 8 Grandchildren 3 great-grandchildren; Brother: Ronald Wilson, IL; Sister: Adda Gaylord, CO. Funeral Services will be held Sunday April 12 at 3:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Trask officiating an additional service will be Monday April 13 at 7pm from the Killian Hills Baptist Church in Lilburn with Rev. Michael Riley officiating. Interment in the Yukon Cemetery in Ellijay. The family will meet with friends Sunday from 1 until 3pm at Bernhardt Funeral Home and Monday from 4 until 7pm at the Killian Hills Baptist Church 151 Arcado Rd. Lilburn.
