Joann Sheppard Gouge Wallace, age 70, passed away March 7, 2009. There will be a celebration of her life Saturday, April 4, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at Scot Ward's Harry White Chapel; the family will receive friends 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
