Mary Elizabeth Almand and Craig Allen Martin were married June 21 at the Daniel Memorial Chapel in Greenville, S.C. The Rev. Jeffrey Hayes and the Rev. Ronald Vaughan officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Paula Almand of Lilburn. She is a graduate of Parkview High School and Furman University. She is employed as a teacher with the Greenville County School District.
The groom is the son of Frances Martin of Greenville, S.C., and the late Frank Martin. He is a graduate of Berea High School and Furman University. He is a teacher at Brashier Middle College Charter High School.
Katie Almand of Lilburn served as the bride's maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Heather Bauguess of Atlanta, Courtney Boyd of Greenville, S.C., Chelsey McEntire of Birmingham, Ala., Carmen Sawyers of Wilmington, N.C., and Lauren Tucker of Atlanta.
Michael Martin of Salem, S.C., served as the groom's best man.
Groomsmen were Andrew Batman of Greer, S.C., Chris Bowden of New York, Rusty Galloway of Greenville, S.C., John King of Greenville, S.C. and Peter Simms of Taylors, S.C.
After a honeymoon in Grand Cayman, the couple resides in Greenville, S.C.
