Clifford M. Towery, 80, of Auburn, died September 25, 2008. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 1PM at Bill Head Funeral Home, Duluth Chapel with Rev. Leon McIntosh officiating. Burial will be at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta. Clifford worked for General Motors for 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Mary Frances Towery, of Auburn, Ga; Son Barry L. Towery; Daughter, Kathy L. Wood; Grandchildren Geoffrey Towery, Jessica Wood, and Brandy Hunt; Great-grandchildren, Austin and Haley Thurmon. He is also survived by a Brother, Robert Towery; and a sister, Marjorie Pence. Visitation will be Friday, September 26, 2008 from 2-8 PM at the funeral home. Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory and Crematory, Duluth Chapel is in charge of the arrangements 770-476-2535.
