Kathleen Holden Smith, 93, of Norcross, GA, died September 16, 2008. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 19th, at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel Funeral Home in Norcross. Interment will follow at North Atlanta Memorial Park in Doraville. The family will receive friends Friday, September 19th, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Smith, a native of Winston Salem, NC, was a homemaker and member of Norcross First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, William R. (Bill) Smith of Norcross, GA; two sons, Benjamin Seymour Smith of Conway, SC and Giles Reed Smith of Marietta, GA; four daughters, Anna Lee Smith of Baton Rouge, LA, Linda Louise Gammage of Suwanee, GA, Nellie Kathleen Smith of Marietta, GA, and Sara Elizabeth Murphy of Ellenwood, FL; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
