Mr. Clifford Buman Earl, age 78, of Sugar Hill, GA, passed away on September 4, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford W. and Beatrice Hannah Earl; sister, Wynelle Earl; son, Butch Parker; brother, Elbert Earl, and grandson, Dewayne Smith. Surviving are: wife of 53 years: Dorothy W. Earl, Sugar Hill, GA; daughters and sons-in-law: Joy and Jack Smith, Buford, GA, Ann and Bill Blankenship, Sugar Hill, GA, Sue and Raymond Dixon, Dawsonville, GA, Jan and Joey Boatright, Auburn, GA, sons and daughter-in-law: Cliff and Janice Earl, Flowery Branch, GA, Gary Parker, Dawsonville, GA, and Richard Parker, Dawsonville, GA, 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Earl was born on April 1, 1930 in Blount County, AL. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean War. He was a retired brick mason, installer of D.O.T. scales all over the U.S. and was a cabinet maker. He was a member of Old Suwanee Baptist Church, Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2008. at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Jackson, Rev. David Gates, and Rev. Tim Campbell officiating. Interment to follow in Old Suwanee Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-9:00 p.m. Arrangements by: Junior E.
